Dr. Rocco Martino pleaded guilty on Tuesday in Newark, NJ federal court to one count of receiving and distributing child porn via file-sharing software. When sentenced in April, Dr. Martino will face a possible sentence of 20 years in prison.
Dr. Martino was first brought up on these charges in December of 2010 and immediately resigned from his position as an internist and sports medicine specialist with a practice in Berkeley Heights, NJ.
