Another NFL season means another undecided decision for Brett Favre. Rumors are going around that he plans to retire. However, Peter King of Sports Illustrated is reporting on twitter that the Minnesota Vikings Quarterback is unhappy with how his injured ankle is healing, making it more of an uncertainty of whether he will return for another season.
Dr. James Andrews is to assess Favre’s injury which will predict whether he will play this season.
According to Vitals.com, Dr. James Andrews is an orthopedic surgeon based out of Birmingham, Al. He completed his medical school at Louisiana State University School of Medicine, New Orleans, in 1963. Dr. Andrews could be considered an MVP himself, since the future success of a team lies in the health of it’s players.
