Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Terrence Lakin, a decorated Army doctor serving more than 18 years for the United States, refused to take command from President Barack Obama because he believes he is not a natural born citizen.
What started out as a one man stand on YouTube is now a “birther movement” involving other soldiers, legal team and The American Patriot Foundation Legal Defense Fund backing the doctors’ undertaking.
Anderson Cooper of CNN took it upon himself to question Dr. Terry Lakins’ motives and “significant evidence” of President Obama’s ‘illegal’ citizenship. Dr. Lakin’s lawyer, Paul Jensen, spoke mainly on his client’s behalf skirting the issue of actual evidence.
