Dr. Rachel Wagner, a family practitioner, is also a co-owner of a new born foal named Einstein.  Although proportionally perfect, Einstein weighs only 6lbs and measuring 14 inches in height.

He was born in Barnstead, N.H and “shows no signs of dwarfism.”

Dr. Rachel Wagner explains that to date the smallest newborn horse weighed 9 pounds, named Thumbalina.  So Einstein is set to break the world record in the Guiness Books of Records.

According to Vitals.com, Dr. Rachel Wagner completed Drexel Univesity School of Medicine, and now practicing in Bellingham, WA.  She vacations with her family on the east coast where they have a summer home in Barnstead, New Hampshire.
