100% certain race has nothing to do with matriculation from medical school–so all these racist comments are moot (btw, where did YOU ALL go to medical school?). as is, this dr. was also arrested for DUI while in his residency, so has previously demonstrated poor judgment. i don’t live in stockton, but if i did i’d avoid this hospital, as their hiring decisions should now be questioned.

I know Dr. Enmon personally. We trained together and I know him to be a professional and a damned good doctor. To say that he let a man die to steal a watch is beyond belief! The act that this doctor has done is wrong. And I make no excuses for other people’s wrong doings. He will have to suffer the consequences along with the guilt for the rest of his life. Sad story but at least justice will be served.

Yep, Dr Enmon is innocent, but it saddens me that he had to endure such accusations and likely will follow him for some time. I worked with Dr. Enmon at St Joseph’s and always knew he was set up by the nurses who did not like him. How ridiculous to think he would ever steal this guys watch. He is a great doctor, a genuinly nice guy and gentleman. Not a thief! The nurse that accused him is a wicked woman and is damned and determined to try to ruin anyone she does not like. And, she still works there!

I worked with him too and I second Ms. Smith’s comments. We put up with shit from this nurse on a daily basis, this poor guy just got ultra screwed because he was part time and didn’t know to stay far away from her. Because of the union this nurse is like shit on the bottom of your shoe and noone can get rid of her.

Well, he was not convicted. He was found innocent. So… I’m thankful. And anyone against him without knowing the facts should reconsider.

Mr. Newguy must live in Africa or some other continent besides North America. In the digital age we live now, everyone had a cellphone equipped with the ability to record events. If you watch CNN at all, you’ll notice that video footage is shown immediately. In this case, there was never any video footage released concerning this case. Reason being is that there was never any video footage present of the doctor doing such an act. This allegation was stated in the family’s civil suit and never supported by any statements made by the prosecuting DA. That’s a Herculean red flag. Furthermore, to compare this case to OJ is quite hilarious on your part. OJ spent 2 million dollars on a dream team to defend him. This doctor if you read closely had only a public defender.
