Dr. Chiyome Fukino Confirms President Obama’s Natural Citizenship

Perhaps the good doctor will care to tell us which hospital Obama was born at and the identity of the doctor who delivered him. To date, neither Hawaii or the Obama Admin has been unable to answer these 2 very simple questions.

Dr. Fukino’s statement does open a potential can of worms. How can Dr. Fukino state that Obama was born in Hawaii when the contents of the Birth Certificate are suppose to be private? Dr. Fukino also refers to Vital Statistics and not the Birth Certificate. This suggests that Hawaii may have accompanying information besides the Birth Certificate that he was born in Hawaii. I think it is possible that Obama was born in Hawaii but NOT in a hospital. Their contention is based on statements of persons who are now dead, probably Stanely Ann Dunham. If this is true, then there is really no real way to prove Obama was born in Hawaii. Further, this could also mean the Kapaloni Hospital has engaged in fraud by releasing the letter from Obama stating he was born there. The White House can’t confirm the letter because if they do, this would also mean Obama also was in collusion with Kapaloni and has committed fraud as well. Finally this would mean that Obama has been caught in a major lie over his records. People will them demand to see Obama’s other records such as his passports and school records to determine how many other lies Obama has purpretrating.

Which hospital was he born in?
I’m sure even his most ardent supporters will want to know that so they can go worship at the site.
Who was the doctor who delivered him?
Again, information that his most ardent supporters will want to know so they can write it in the history books.
If not for the pesky conspiracy theorists, maybe this information can be released for his supporters, who would love to know these very important details about their Great Leader.

I know alot of these “birther” people and have hung with them before I realized how messed up they are and what their racist sexist agenda is and I want no part of it. One of my friends just got totally irrational and so hostile when I questioned this whole theory he tried to convince me of and would not listen to rational thought on it, he was so threatened. Reason tells you this: The announcement in the paper backs up the fact of his birth, since the policies at the time were that they only printed the announcements in that section directly from HOSPITALS. But these people do not wish to have an intelligent debate, it hurts their heads to think because they would have to rethink their whole alleged religious/political dogma and biases as well and learn they are brainwashed and they would have to change and they are too weak.

Also if they want to be rational and debate this, they would have to accept the fact that it says in the constitution that only someone born as a natural-born AT THE TIME OF THE ADOPTION of the constitution qualified, and all those old white guys they meant are DEAD, like the birthers’ brain cells. So no one can be prez anymore. The intent of the founding fathers was in fact to set up a club for rich white men which did not include women, natives, or any other race, that is historical fact. There were and are alot of other sets of ideas and structures which preceded them and will outlive them, like the Iroquois League of Nations that your government was based on. Maybe it will be found that Obama was born in Kenya. Where were they when Bush wasn’t really elected legally and where are they to fight for treaties broken and Roe v Wade which is also law? At this point, though, I have studied this and found no documentation other than hearsay that Obama was born in Kenya. They put up a Kenyan birth certificate and they all accept that, but never ask for the long form or for the standard of proof on that they demand of the Hawaii one.

Gee, since they bitch about everything Obama does, wears, says, and is, I don’t blame Obama for not asking for the long form. There is probably something in there that he doesn’t want them freaking out over, like maybe he is verified human and breathes in and out.

This is truly a “Constitutional Crisis” and a Crisis for our Legal System and one that the MSM—deep, deep in the tank for Obama–wants no part in covering. The fact that Obama will not just produce the real birth certificate—a thing easily done to settle the issue, and the fact that Obama and the DNC are willing to spend money on delaying production of this original birth certificate, tells me that Obama doesn’t have one, because it doesn’t exist and if it doesn’t exist, Obama is disqualified from the Presidency. This monumental fraud is on the American people and our country’s democracy; thus, the stakes for Obama, for Democrats, for the Democratic Party and, most importantly, for our democratic form of government, could not be higher. I used to argue with the Birthers. But they have proved that no matter what is produced, they will deny it. The State Official responsible for the Birth records in the state of Hawaii has stood up and declared in a non-ambiguous way that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.

Don’t believe her? Then that means you don’t believe any State official, which immediately invalidates ALL documents and Birth Certificates issued by the states. So why even ask a State Official to produce a Long Form? After all, it WILL be a copy, with the seal of the same state official you now say is lying? How could you EVER trust that?

What qualifications does Dr. Fukino have you might ask? well, since she is repsonsible for all Vital Records maintained by the state, I guess she is more qualified than you, or the other wingnuts on the internet. Do you think she is just a pawn of the democratic party? well, she works for the Republican Governor. Hmmmm.

Now, you might ask what President Obama is hiding. Absolutely nothing. But he smarter than most of us, and saw early that now matter what he produced, or which document he was defending, he had to deal with the nutcases who would sue. So better to defend early.

Face it, most states today do not let you have the Long Form. So stop living in the 70′s and realize that you are fighting the wrong battle. Here’s my issue in this, Ignoring his birthplace and long form yada yada. The law reads ” you must be Natural Born and only a citizen of the USA ” just to qualify for the office of president. To be “Natural Born” Both parents must be American citizens and can not be a citizen of any other country. (ie: a non-citizen couple comes to America and has a child here. Yes, that child is a citizen. However, it is not natural born.) In his 1st book it is claimed that the father, Mr Soetoro, in question is a citizen of Kenya and thus a citizen of the UK. British law reads that any and all children born anywhere to UK citizens are themselves UK citizens by default. This appears to disqualify our President from the office on 2 counts. Both himself and his father are citizens of the UK.

In the year 1866, the United States for the first time adopted a local municipal law under Sec. 1992 of U.S. Revised Statutes that read: “All persons born in the United States and not subject to any foreign power, excluding Indians not taxed, are declared to be citizens of the United States.” Furthermore, Rep. Bingham commenting on Section 1992 said it means “every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.” (Cong. Globe, 39th, 1st Sess., 1291 (1866)) and lastly, Acquisition of Citizenship of the UK & Colonies

Under the 1948 Act, CUKC status was acquired by:

* birth in the UK or a colony (exceptions for children of ‘enemy aliens’ and diplomats). The immigration status of the parents was irrelevant.
* naturalisation or registration in the UK or a colony or protectorate
* legitimate descent from a CUKC father for children born elsewhere. Only the first generation acquired British nationality AUTOMATTICLY. Second and subsequent generations could do so only if born outside the Commonwealth (or Ireland) and registered within 12 months of birth or if the father was in Crown Service.
* incorporation of territory (no persons ever acquired CUKC this way from 1949)
* declaration
* marriage

Therefore, we can say with confidence that a natural-born citizen of the United States means those persons born whose father the United States already has an established jurisdiction over, i.e., born to father’s who are themselves citizens of the United States. A person who had been born under a double allegiance cannot be said to be a natural-born citizen of the United States because such status is not recognized (only in fiction of law). A child born to an American mother and alien father could be said to be a citizen of the United States by some affirmative act of law but never entitled to be a natural-born citizen because through laws of nature the child inherits the condition of their father.
